Wine Mirror – Salla Estate meets Crama de Piatra
We offer you a unique wine weekend and amazing opportunity to become part of an exclusive first-of-its-kind event! We will combine exceptional wines, local flavors, great people and friendships that cross borders.
We will present you together two leading names in wine and hospitality – one from Bulgaria – Salla Estate, the other from Romania – Crama de Piatra, in one common “mirror” experience.

Friday:
Check-in at the hotel complex after 3 pm;
Light cocktail – welcome drink /optional/;
Traditional Bulgarian dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Saturday:
8:00-10:00 am – Breakfast
10:30 – 11:30 am – Wine tour – walk to the vineyards, tour of the cellar
11:30 – 12:30 pm – Combined tasting of 5 Bulgarian and Romanian white wines accompanied by traditional appetizers from the national cuisines of both countries:
banitsa – placinta
lyutenitsa – snack
cheese – brunza
sausages – carnaciori
The wines will be presented by the enologists of the two wineries – Aneliya Hristakieva & David Sandu
1:00 pm – Outdoor lunch with BBQ and local Bulgarian specialties
1:00 pm – 6:00 pm – free time, opportunity for a walk to nearby attractions or horseback riding in the winery yard.
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Combined tasting of 5 Bulgarian and Romanian red wines accompanied by traditional appetizers from the national cuisines of both countries.

7:00 pm – Dinner with delicious Bulgarian dishes and appetizers

Opportunity to walk in nature and explore cultural and historical landmarks in the area – Ovech Fortress, the Saltworks in Provadia, Tsonevo Dam, Chudnite Skali.
Price: €170 per person, €340 for two
